Raise a ticket

If you wish to contact us with a problem or query or request, please crate a ticket using Rosalind's ticket system. Please report the following information in order to speedup job solution:

  • Job-id of the failing job;
  • Working directory (if you use more than one directory please report all of them).
  • Full path of the jobscript;
  • List of loaded modules at submission time;

After that consider that support team will access your account and data for resolving the issue.
